The first year was one chair and a three-month waiting list. By the second year he brought in Luca. The third, Noah. Rayan joined four years ago from Manchester. The team grew slowly and deliberately. The standard never changed.

We've turned down a lot of applicants over the years. The team is small because we hire for skill and character, not just availability. Everyone here is here because they're genuinely exceptional at this.
